SHIP - FOR - ME 

• Ship-for-me is where you simply use my shipping services to ship your item from China to Sg.
• That means you self order your items and send to my warehouse. 
• All sizes of items are welcome, there will be no rejection for goods that is too big to ship out.
• You will need to do is provide me the tracking number, so my agent will know which item is yours and pack correctly.
• The best part of it is there won't be any agent fee or hidden cost, just purely shipping + parcel fee.
• You don't have to worry about credit card fee and all, because you can bank transfer to me in SGD. (Cheers)
• If you are keen to work with us for a long term, we can discuss more on the rates.
• Should you want me to ship to other countries, please feel to ask me, will be more than willing to help. 

SHIPPING RATES WILL BE AS FOLLOWED:

• For self collection, it will be at No. 5 Lorong Bakar Batu, #03-04, Macpherson Industrial Complex, Singapore 348742
• Monday - Friday from 1pm - 6pm
• Saturday from 10am to 1pm

PAYMENT WILL BE AS FOLLOWED:

• There will only be ONE payment. Our rates are SGD1 = RMB4.4 to 4.5

WORKING DAYS AND SHIPMENT

• Working days do not include Saturday, Sunday, Singapore and China public holidays.
• All items are to be shipped from china directly to your address.There is no second shipping within Singapore or Malaysia.
• Special shipment is not the fastest shipment option. It is for customs sensitive items or items restricted by transportation, like small amount of “air-tight food, battery, liquid or cream products”, fragile item and etc. Item in powder or liquid form are more expensive to ship than normal sensitive air, every kilogram has extra charge of $5.
• Every parcel will be charged as one kg if the weight is less than one kg. If the parcel weight is more than one kg will follow the chart as stated above. For bulky and light weight items will measure the volume and calculate the cost according to the volume.
• Every parcel’s chargeable weight will be verified again after final packaging is done.
• The shipping durations quoted above are norms. Above 95% of our shipments meet these durations. Unforeseeable factors such as bad weather, customs clearance delays and customs inspections that can cause delays are beyond the control of Mummybest and its shipping partners.
• During peak festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year or China national day period, the shipment duration could be slightly longer.
• If you prefer to purchase the goods yourself, we can help you to ship the item.
• Email or whatsapp us for the warehouse address which is in guanzhou, agent fee will be as charged.

SEA SHIPMENT

• For shipping by sea minimal charge is S$130 , that is good for one cubic meter. If you can not fill up one cbm, it is advisable you share shipping with someone.
• The formula to calculate volumetric weight is: Volumetric weight (m3) = length x height x width (cm)/ 6,000.
• Please note that normally the weight indicated on seller’s webpage is the actual weight.
• You need to pay special attention to the dimensions of bulky items like soft or plastic toys, diapers, pillows, chairs, crystal lights, bicycles, etc.
• Sometimes the shipping cost can be even higher than the value of the product itself.
• It is advised to check the dimension with sellers directly or seek for our help.
• The weight or volumetric weight you see for each order is weighed or measured at their minimum individual package.
• When you submit to ship out, all the individual orders will be consolidated into one single parcel.
• There will be extra weight incurred by the packaging material or extra space occupied due to the small gaps between items.
• Normally the final chargeable weight of the whole parcel is around 1.1 times the sum of each item’s actual weight or volumetric weight.

SENSITIVE AND PROHIBITED  ITEMS

• Following items are consider sensitive items: batteries, magnetic, brand, powder, cosmetics, liquid, paste, DVD.
• Sensitive items will pack and send seperately from other common goods.
• We cannot ship items that are prohibited or require special handling due to exporting country, importing country or items which may cause danger, damage or delay of international shipping.
